WikipediaHedtonのtonは言うまでもなくNortonからきているが、hedはHedlundだ。

Nisse Hedlundはハスクバーナと関連があり、モトクロスが2ストエンジンに席捲される前は活躍したようだ。それにしてもVツインエンジンを作った情報はないのでHedtonは謎に包まれている。
