愛の神、おまえなんてどこか行け。人をあざむく矢をもって消えてくれ。
おまえの喜びは偽物で、悲しみだけが本物だから。
うれしい気分もいつの間にか消えるから。
人は恋に落ちると、熱に浮かされたように火照り、うわごとをいう。
自分を傷つけるものばかりほしがる。
恋がつらいのは人が弱いから。
人の不安が恋の炎に油を注ぐ。
恋する人は自分の手かせを自分でつくる。
他人に心を与えるなんて、
偽物の神をわざわざつくって崇めるのと同じ。
心をちゃんと自分でもっている人には、
自由と平安の冠がある。
好きな人ににらまれて命が縮むこともない。
幸せに我を忘れる喜びの病にもかからない。
我を忘れることなく静かに楽しく生きている。
