For better or for worse, I'm now accustomed to this situation. I finally decide to ask "コンピュータの便利屋さん" to fix it.
Probably I have to replace the hard disc (100GB) and install Windows XP again because my computer (NEC LN5009DB) does't have recovery cd but already installed Windows XP in it. This is really shitty machine.
Better news is I can communicate in Japanese and he knows about Japanese computer very well (I don't need to be afraid of grievous mistakes,) and he will quickly come to my house to pick up my computer tomorrow. I will be out of town for a week anyway from the day after tomorrow, it's much convenient and better solution I can do now. I don't need to buy new one either.
If I had time, I would send it to Japan to repair the hard disc for free (guarantee,) but unfortunately I cannot.
