青物市場に近いカフェ・シルクでは、一切小道具を使わずにエスプレッソの上にミルクを巧みに注いで3－5秒間で模様を描きます。模様は大体ハートか葉とか。エスプレッソ特有の絹のように滑らかな泡が命のバブル・アートですが、模様の美しいコーヒーは味も間違いなし。特殊プリンターで模様を描いている店もあります。

At Café Silk that locates near the green market the barista just pour some milk on an espresso and draws some patterns skillfully within 3-5 seconds without using any tools. The pattern is usually a heart or leaf. It’s a bubble art on the silky smooth bubbles that is being characteristic of espresso and there’s no doubt that a beautiful patterned coffee tastes beautiful. Some cafés have their special printer do the drawings.
