液化天然ガスでガスタービンを回して発電。その排熱を利用して水を蒸気に変え蒸気タービンを回転させて発電。最新のプラントでは蒸気タービンは高圧・中圧・低圧の3つあり、排熱を3回利用。発電所は小面積でも建設でき、建設費も1基当たり200億円程度（原発は１基5000億円以上）。建設費が安い上、発電量は２基で原発の１基分に相当します。

In this plant the electricity is made by rolling the gas turbine using LPG. The waste heat changes the water into the steam and it rolls the steam turbine to generate. The newest plant has 3 different steam turbines; the high, middle and low pressures and the same waste heat is used 3 times. Only small area is needed to build a plant and it costs only around $220M (By contrast, a nuclear power plant costs more than $6B). It cots less and it outputs as half as a nuclear power plant does.
