カンガルー

8月8日(水)快晴

夜行性のカンガルーは日中サトウキビ畑に潜んでいて夕方になると草を食べに出てきます。サトウキビの刈り入れが進んで、カンガルーたちはマングローブの林にねぐらを移したようです。マングローブに囲まれた僕のアパートに毎日姿を現します。カンガルーは結構な甘党で、ゴミを捨てに行くと餌をねだって近づいてきます。

Kangaroos are nocturnal so they stay in sugar cane bushes during day time and come out to eat grass in the evening. As the harvest of sugar cane had been gotten on kangaroos have moved to mangrove forest. They appear around my apartment surrounded by mangroves every day. They like sweets so they approach to me asking for food when I go to rid of my garbage.
