Code Interpreter、今度はReference Genomeとして、KaggleからダウンロードしたGRch38のcsvを直接渡して自動解析を行なった。OMIMを読み込んだ時と比べて中間処理が減り、データの相関に焦点が合わさった感じ。あとは既存の統計プラットフォームや可視化ツールとの直交性が課題

By using the Code Interpreter, directly feeding in the GRCh38 csv file that I downloaded from Kaggle as a Reference Genome. It reduced the intermediate processing required compared to when using the OMIM data, allowing for a more focused exploration of data correlations.

The primary challenge that lies ahead is establishing seamless integration with existing statistical platforms and visualization tools.

Code Interpreterはデータの前処理・中間処理を自動的に継続するので、使用制限に引っかかりやすくなるのが注意点
