デレリアム待望のアコースティック・ソング集が10月にリリース。
このプロジェクトについては、"Nuages du Monde"(2006)リリースの直後からKristy Thirskがスタジオ入りするなど、暫く前からレコーディング情報が報告されてきましたが、ようやく数年越しに日の目を見ることになりそうです。
"Flowers Become Screens"のように全ての曲についてヴォーカルが新録されているものか、それとも先にシングルに収録された"Silence"のAcoustic Versionのように、ヴォーカル・トラックのみを違うインストにコンポジットしたものが混在しているのかは今のところ不明です。
新曲は3つ。"Remixed"でもフィーチャーされていた"Send Me An Angel"は、こちらのヴァージョンがオリジナルということになります。
他にも、オーストラリア人シンガーソングライター、Butterfly Boucherが歌う"Too Late, Farewell"、シネマティックな作風で急激に支持を集めているカナダのトリップホップ・デュオ"Elsiane"が新曲を提供。
まだまだフレッシュな感性を聴かせる彼女達が、この"Delerium"において表現するものが何なのか。弥が上にも期待が高まります。
