How are you doing today?
Hit-chanは元気です。
I'm doing pretty well.
今日は、違うお店にヘルプで行っていたんですが、そのお店、ドバっと人が辞めていったみたいで、かなりの人手不足でした。
I was actually working at a different location as a help today. I heard that most of the people left the store at once and they need a big coverage there.
Hit-chanの後に来てくれた女の子も違うお店からでした。
The girl coming after me was also from a different district too.
ヘルプで働くのは良いのですが、何せ店長がいないのかなんなのか、お店が上手く回っていないので色々大変でした。
I didn't mind helping them at all, but the store was totally out of shape because they don't have anyone to organize or manage things there.
Hit-chanはまだ良かったんですが、Hit-chanの後に来てくれた女の子は、閉店＆次の日の開店シフトを頼まれたのにも関わらず、必要な店の鍵もセキュリティの認証コードも何も教えられていませんでした。
I personally didn't have a huge problem, but I felt bad for the girl who was closing tonight and opening the store tomorrow morning since nobody had given her a store key and a security code for the store at all.
一応、Hit-chan、頼まれたシフトの時間は過ぎていたんですが、そこらへんの事をどうするのかをその子と一緒に考えて、それが分かるまではお店に残りました。
So, the girl and me tried to figure those things out together and I ended up staying later than I was supposed to until I made sure everything was okay.
本当はここ何日かサボってるランニングに行こうと思っていたんですが、仕事の後はドッと疲れちゃって、そのまま昼寝してしまってちょっと反省のHit-chanです。(笑)
I was planning to go for run after work since I haven't done for a couple of days, but I got so exhausted and passed out in the entire afternoon. Oops!
さて、今日の報告はこの辺で、今日もファミリーバケーションです。とっても素敵なハイキングを終えた後は。。。

ミニゴルフ！

がんばるぞ！
平日のお昼でしたが、バケーションで来ている人もいっぱいで、このミニゴルフ場も盛況でした。
It was Wednesday afternoon, but there were a lot of people also having a vacation and the mini golf place was pretty busy.
で、いつものようにAndyっち勝利で終了。
Yeah, as always, Andy beat me again.
一旦ホテルに戻って、休憩した後、この日の晩御飯を食べに行きました。
We once got back to the hotel and took a break. Then, we went to have a special dinner.
Norway Ridge
こちらのレストランにも何度も来ていますが、ちょっと豪華なディナーをいただく時に利用してます。
We've been to this restaurant many times and we use it when we want to have a fancy time.
なので、ちょっとおめかししております。このドレス、ステイトフェアで購入した以来、着る機会がなくてやっとお目見えする事ができました。（ミネソタだと、寒すぎて着れない事が多いのよ。）
So, I was a little dressed up that night. I got this blue dress at the state fair a couple of years ago, but I hadn't had a chance to wear this till then. (Here in MN, it's mostly too cold for me to wear this.)
この日は普段飲まないワインで乾杯！
I even got a glass of wine that night!

こちらのレストランの手作りドレッシングが数種類あるのですが、どれも美味しくて持ち帰り用に購入する事もできます。

They have great home-made dressings and every singe kind tastes amazing. You can buy a bottle there too.

この日はHit-chanもステーキ
I got a steak too.
この日ついてくれたサーバーのお姉さんもとっても可愛くって、優しくって、お料理も美味しくって、大満足のディナーになりました。
Not only the food was just great but also the server girl was so cute and nice, which made our night wonderful.
で、ディナーの後、ホテルに戻ったんですが、Andyっちが
After the fancy dinner, we got back to our hotel, but Andy suggested
「ミニゴルフする？」
"Do you wanna do mini golf?"
と、この日2度目のミニゴルフを提案したので、
the 2nd-time mini golf of the day, so I said
「うん、ちょっと着替えてくるから待ってて。」
"Oh yeah. I'll change my clothes, so give me 5mins!"
と動きやすい恰好に。
and rushed back to the room to change my cosy clothes.
で、またAndyっちのもとに戻ると、
When I got back to Andy, he was kind of excited and told me
「さっき、パパママ＆ブラッドがミニゴルフ場に行くのが見えた！」
"I just saw Mom&Dad's car going into the mini golf place!"
と、興奮気味。
Wow!
全然約束していた訳じゃないのに、同じ時間に同じミニゴルフ場で遭遇。(笑)
（まぁ、同じような場所に出没してるから、こういう事もあるのですな。）
We were planning it at all, but gathered at the same place, the same time.
(Yeah, we hang out at the same places up north anyways, it can happen.)
で、折角なので、皆で一緒にミニゴルフをする事に。
So, why not? We played together!
でねでね、この日、この夜、歴史的快挙があったのです！！！
And I have to share this here. Because, this day, this night, I made history!!
なんとなんと、これまでどれほど最下位で涙を飲んだか分からないHit-chanが、ぶっちぎりの１位で勝利したのです！！！
Oh My Gosh! You know how many times I've been the worst in the family, but this time, I made an incredible score and beat them all!!!!
後半の9ホールでは2度のホールインワンもたたき出し、39という驚異的なスコアに。
On the 2nd half, I got 2 hole-in-ones and the miracle score was 39!
いやぁ、本当に嬉しい、嬉しかった！！！
Oh my, that made me happy, soooooooooooo happy!!!!
このスコア表は記念に取っておきます。
I'm going to keep this scorecard for sure.
という訳で、この日はハイキングから始まり、豪華ディナー、2度のミニゴルフと盛りだくさんな一日になりました。
