Hello!




お久しぶりです。
Long time no see again!




実はHit-chan、２週間、一人で日本に帰らせてもらっていました！
Actually, I was in Japan for 2 weeks.





ちょうど昨日無事にミネソタに帰ってきました。
I just came back to MN yesterday.




今回もアメリカ、日本、両方の家族と友達にお世話になりまして、楽しい時間をたくさん過ごすことができました。
As always, thanks to my family and friends both in MN and Japan, I could have a wonderful time in my home country.





日本では一年ぶりにママチャリにも乗りました。(笑)
I took a ride on a bicycle there after 1 year too.



たくさん思い出ができましたので、また帰国日記も書いていきたいと思います！
I made a lot of great memories there, so I want to write about them shortly too!

結婚6周年旅行 その4 (6th Anniversary Trip)

皆さま、いかがお過ごしでしょうか？
How are you doing today?



さて、今日も記念日旅行ですが、これで最後になります。
Okay, this is the last article about our 6th anniversary trip to Winona.



記念日旅行2日目ですが、朝はゆっくりと始動。
On the 2nd day, we started our day in the late morning.



11時頃にチェックアウトして、Andyっちが行きたいと言っていたカフェに行きました。
After we checked out the hotel around 11am, we headed to this café.



実は家族ぐるみで仲良くさせてもらっている、レイモンド家の3姉妹、皆このウィノナの大学に通っていた事もあり、Andyっちは何度かウィノナに来た事があるんですが、その時よく行っていたカフェらしいです。
Actually, Andy's been to Winona some times since our close friends, The Raymond's 3 sisters, went to college there. So, this café is one of his memorable places since then.

店内はとっても素敵な雰囲気。
The interior is so nice.




歴史を感じる建物です。
I can feel the history from the building.




Andyっちはビール
Andy ordered beer.




Hit-chanはもちろんコーヒーね。テーブルも可愛い。
Of course, I got a cup of coffee. The table was so cute too!




ピタパンにハマスと野菜たっぷり。めちゃくちゃ美味しかったので、Hit-chan一人でペロリ！
I ordered a pita bread with garlic hummus and lots of lettuce. It was soooo delicious!













いやぁ、アコースティックカフェ、めちゃくちゃ気に入りました。店員さんもとっても感じ良かったですよ。
I really loved this place and the staff were pretty nice too.



そういえば、ここウィノナで会った方全て、めっちゃ良い人達ばかりでした。ゴルフ場、ホテル、ガソリンスタンドにこのカフェのスタッフの皆さん、本当優しかったです。
Speaking of nice, everybody I met during this trip, at the golf course, hotel, gas station and this café, was so nice.



アコースティックカフェ、Hit-chan、お気に入りになりましたので、今度ウィノナに来ることができれば、ぜひぜひ寄りたいと思います。
Definitely, I want to visit here next time I can go to Winona.




さて、大満足なブランチの後は帰路に。。。
After the yummy and calm coffee time, we're on the way back home.



んがっ
But!!!



ウィノナからちょっと走った所で愛車銀ちゃんに異変が。。。
After a little drive from Winona, we heard a weird noise from my car.



急遽道路横のちょっとしたスペースに止めて、Andyっちがチェック。
Andy pulled over on a small space by the road and checked the tires.



どうもブレーキのキャリパーという部分がおかしいらしく、このまま運転するのは危険だという事に。。。
Then, he found out that something's wrong with one of the calipers and decided not to drive anymore.




ディーラーとかブラッド君とかに電話をかけるAndyっち。
He's calling our dealer or Brad.




で、結局牽引車を呼びまして、そのまま牽引車のおっちゃんにディーラーまで連れていってもらいました。(笑)
After all, we called a tow truck and had a ride to our dealer in White Bear Lake.




ほんま、銀ちゃんがダメになるの、Andyっちが一緒の時で良かった～。
Oh well, I'm so glad that my car got broken when Andy's with me.



それに、夏で良かった～！ミネソタの冬に道端で1時間待つのは辛いよ。
Also, I'm glad that it happened in summer. It'd have been so tough to wait for an hour in MN winter.



いやぁ、記念日旅行、最後は思いもよらないハプニングが起こっちゃいましたが、全体を通して思い出深い良い旅になりました。
Oh my..., the last part of the trip was not unexpected, but I had a great time overall.



素敵な旅行に銀ちゃんの故障の対応、Andyっち、本当にいつも色々ありがとう。
Thank my hubby again for planning this nice trip and dealing with all the things for my car.



という訳で、我が家の結婚6周年記念旅行でした！

結婚6周年旅行 その3 (6th Anniversary Trip)

How are you doing today?



さて、今日も結婚6周年記念旅行の続きです。
Okay, I'll still write about our anniversary trip to Winona.



スパークリングワインで乾杯した後は、毎年恒例のプレゼント交換です。
After we toasted with sparkling wine, we exchanged presents as always.




幸運のハミングバード（ハチドリ）のカードをもらいました。
Andy got me a lucky hummingbird card this year.




Andyっちからのプレゼントは結構大きかったです。
He gave me a big present.










新しいサンドウェッジでした～！
It's a new sand wedge!



コースで使うのが楽しみです！
I can't wait to use it on a course!




Hit-chanからもカード。
Of course, I got him a card.




今年はミッキー＆ミニーのカード。
I got a Micky & Minnie one this year.












中身はですねぇ、これでした。
Inside was this!




後日撮ったんですが、Andyっちが持っているスクリュードライバーのセットが全部収まるボードです。
This is a foam board which can fit all the set of craftsman screwdrivers Andy has.




で、もう一つプレゼントがあって。。。
Here's another present for him.




ビールグラス。
That's beer glasses!



どっちも喜んでくれて良かったです！！
I'm glad he liked both presents!!



こんな感じで、記念日旅行初日は過ぎていきました。

結婚6周年旅行 その2 (6th Anniversary Trip)

皆さま、いかがお過ごしでしょうか？
How's your day today?



前回の続き、結婚6周年記念旅行です。
Okay, about our 6th anniversary trip to Winona again.



ゴルフの後、お腹ペコペコだったAndyっちとHit-chan、お洒落なレストランはちょっと遠い場所にしかないとの事で行ったのはこちら。
We both were so hungry after golf, but there's not a fancy restaurant around there, so we had a dinner at this casual place.




カジュアルなチェーンレストラン、グリーンミル。
Yup, Green Mill.




泊まっているホテルの真向かい、徒歩30秒です。
That's right in front of Holiday inn.



















アペタイザー。美味しくてモリモリ食べて。。。
Appetizer. We ate it a lot.



Andyっちと半分こしたハンバーガー。。。
We split it in half.



で、お腹いっぱいになってお持ち帰りしたチキン。
Then, we both got full before this dish, so took this out.



ホテルに戻ってからは、家から持ってきたスパークリングワインで乾杯。
After we're back to the hotel room, we toasted with sparkling wine which we brought from home.




これも、いつもAndyっちがやってくれます。
Yup, Andy always opens a bottle for me.



今回は噴水になっちゃいまして。。。
Though, it became a little water fountain!




後片付けもAndyっちがやってくれます。(笑)
Yup, Andy cleans the floor too. Haha.




ホテルにあった紙コップでね。
We used the cheap paper cups, but it doesn't matter!



またまた長くなるので、続きは次の更新で。

結婚6周年旅行 その1 (6th Anniversary Trip)

Hello!



早いもので、あっとう間に9月ですよ！
Oh my gosh, it's already September!



年を重ねるにつれて時間が経つのを速く感じると聞いた事がありますが、全くその通りです。
I heard "the older you get, the quicker time flies." and I totally agree with that.



で、Andyっちと結婚してからあっという間に6年経ちまして、その記念に週末旅行に行ってきました。
Speaking of time flies, Andy and I had our 6th anniversary in August and we took a short anniversary trip.



何やかんやで色々忙しくて、「別に簡単にお祝いで良いよ～。」と言っていたんですが、Andyっちはホテルのポイントがあるとかやらで、1泊2日の小旅行を計画してくれました。
I was actually busy for some things and telling Andy, "Hon, I don't mind something easy and simple." Though, he said he had enough hotel points to book a room and planed a one-night trip for us.



今回の行先はHit-chanは一度も行ったことが無かった、ウィノナです。
The destination was Winona where I'd never been to.



確か、ミネソタ出身の女優さん、ウィノナ・ライダーのウィノナもこの町の名前から取ったんじゃないかな？
I heard the actress from MN, Winona Ryder, is from this town.



















いつものように、運転は全てAndyっちがやってくれます。ありがたや～。
As usual, Andy drove all the way by himself. Thanks!




で、3時間のドライブの後、到着したのがここ。
After 3hour drive, we got here.




うん、ゴルフです。
Yup, a golf course, The Bridges.




とっても良いお天気でパーフェクトゴルフデーです。
It was a perfect golf day.

Hit-chan、バケーション以来の久しぶりのゴルフだったんですが、スコアは別にして、青い空のして適度の運動が気持ち良くとっても楽しめました。
I hadn't played since the family vacation in July, but it was really nice to do some exercise under the blue sky though my score wasn't the best.



で、今回泊まったホテルはAndyっちが持っていたポイントを使って予約してくれたホリデーイン。
The hotel we stayed this time was Holiday Inn Express.














何と、部屋の真ん中にジャグジーが！
Look! There's a Jacuzzi in the middle of the living room!



お風呂好きのHit-chanの為にジャグジー付きの部屋を選んでくれたのです。（感謝）
Andy booked this room just for his bath-loving wife. Big Thanks.



ちなみに、さっきの写真のベッドの上に乗っていたのは。。。
By the way, you might see something on the bed in the pic above and it was actually...




長距離ドライブにお疲れ気味のベイビーちゃん達です。(笑)
our babies! They look so tired after the long drive. Haha.
