さて、日本はまだ暑さが厳しい日が続いているのかな？こちらミネソタは既に秋の気配が近づいているのが感じられます。
Is it still hot and humid in Japan? Here in MN, we've started feeling fall already.
最近あまり書いていませんでしたが、相も変わらずHit-chanとめいはほぼ毎日お外遊びに精を出しています。
BTW, I haven't shared how May-chan and I played outdoor recently, but we go out and play pretty much everyday.
めいの最近のブームはブランコ。ただ、ちょっとでも手を休めると、こんな風に「マミー押すー！！」とすぐ泣きます。
May-chan's really into swing lately. What's kind of bothering to me is that she won't let me miss even one push, and she cries, "Mommy push!!" right away if I miss one.
お気に入りの公園は基本空いていて、毎回めいは好きなだけブランコに乗り続ける事ができるんですが、この先順番を譲るという事も学んでいかないといけないなぁと思う今日この頃です。
I really love that our favorite park is always very quiet, but recently a part of me also feels that I need to teach May-chan to wait her turn as well.
私達が勝手にグルグル滑り台と呼んでいるこの滑り台もお気に入りで、最近は下から上に上っていくのにもハマっています。
（これも他の子がいたらできない事なんで、この先他の子が滑る時はすぐに避けるという事も学ばないといけませんなぁ。）
She really likes this spiral slide and loves climbing up from the bottom to top.
(She shouldn't do it when other kids play on the same slide, so I need to teach her to get out of the way when somebody else's coming down too.)
相変わらず怖い物知らずなので、この公園で一番傾斜の高い滑り台もへっちゃら。
She's still fearless, so she slides the steepest slides in the park without any hesitation.
でも、たまに勢いつきすぎて尻もちついてますけど。(笑)
She sometimes slides it down too fast and lands on the ground with the butt. LOL
基本、公園に行くときには軽いスナックを持っていくので、遊びの途中でこんな風に座って（主にHit-chanが）休憩してます。
I usually bring some snacks when we go out to parks or trails so that we (mainly I) can sit and take a break for a little bit.
我が家から一番近いこのトレイルには本当にお世話になっています。
I love this trail which is closest from our house, and we go there very often too.
車や自転車の行き来を心配する必要がないので、めいに好きなように歩かせることができます。
On the trail, I don't have to worry about any car or bike traffic, so May-chan can walk freely just as she likes.
最近では走るのが速くて、しかも、しょっちゅう手を繋いで一緒に走りたがるのでHit-chanも一緒に走らなければならず、中年の運動不足解消に一役買ってくれています。(笑)
She lately can run very fast and besides that, she often wants to hold my hand and run together, which helps me do some exercise as well. Haha
最近はカメラで一緒にセルフィ―を撮るのも難しい。（携帯だとインカメで画像を見ながら撮れるのでちゃんと撮ってくれるんだけどね。）
It's got harder to take a selfie with her using my camera too. (She still likes taking selfies with my phone since she can see the images as taking them.)
花があるとすぐに摘みたがる人。摘んだ花とか拾った枝とか石とか、全部Hit-chanにくれるんで、Hit-chanはそれをさりげなく捨てるのが上手くなりました。(笑)
She always likes to pick up flowers too. Not only flours but also wood branches or rocks, she always passes all sort of those things to me, so I've got much better to sneakily drop them back on the ground. Haha
このトレイルに来たら、必ずこの岩の所で休憩してます。
We always stop and take a break on the big rock at the trail.
前まではこのスポットは草が刈られて広場みたいになっていたんですが、その後こんな感じで草が伸びて迷路みたいにいくつか小道があります。
The spot used to be a big wide open area and all the bushes were trimmed, but there are currently only some paths trimmed in all the plants, which are like a maze.
このトレイルが一番お気に入りなんですが、家の近くにもう一つトレイルがあり今まで一度も行った事が無かったので行ってみました。
This trail is my favorite, but there's another trail near our house. We'd never been there before, so we swung by there to check it out.
いつものトレイルと比べると森感が強かったですねぇ。
It's more like a forest compared to our usual trail.
この日は公園帰りかつ暑かったので、トレイルの途中で引き返しました。
We stopped there on the way back home from our favorite park and it's a really hot day too, so we took a U-turn halfway.
この先、またこのトレイルに行ってどこまで続いているのか探索してみたいと思います。
I'd try to go further and see what's like there next time.
という訳で、我が家の最近のお散歩＆外遊びの様子でございました！
