芝刈り車

豪州では公有地でも私有地でも赤土むき出しや雑草だらけで放置するのは違法行為。塵埃防止、美観保持のために空き地には芝を張り、芝刈りをしないといけません。だから豪州にはどの街にも芝刈り業者がいて大小さまざまな芝刈り作業機を所有。一般家庭の狭い庭には手押しの芝刈り機やカート式の芝刈り車。道路脇の斜面の芝刈りには長いアームの先にバリカンがついた作業車が活躍。高速道路の斜面の芝刈りには更に大型の車両を使用します。刈り取った芝は堆肥に加工されます。

That’s why there are lawn mowing traders in all the towns in Australia and they have so many kinds of lawn mowers from small ones to large ones. They use the push mowers or mowing carts for the small gardens in general houses. They also use the service vehicle with a long arm that has a big mower at the end of it for the slope on the roads. They use even huge service vehicles for the slope on the expressways. The cut grass is processed into compost.
