How's everything going in your life today?
こちらミネソタ、随分と暖かくなってきまして、地面に積もっていた雪もほとんど溶けています。
Here in MN, the weather has been much milder and warmer and the snow on the ground has almost all gone.
ちなみに今日、これを書いている3月26日の気温は－3度なんですが、風が強くて体感温度は結構寒いです。
Today when I'm writing this, o March 26th, the temperature is 26.6F which is relatively warm for MN winter, but it's very windy and windchill is lower than the actual temperature.
それでも、青い空が広がって、太陽の光が差していると気持ちが明るくなります。
Still, we can see the blue sky and sunshine up, which makes us feel good.
気温が上がってきた今、「ちょっと外に出てお散歩行こう！」という事もすごく簡単にできるようになりました。
（極寒の冬の間は、外に出る為の防寒スタイルになるのにも時間がかかりますし、外に出ても寒すぎてすぐに家に戻ってくるという事になります。）
Now the temperature has been up, so "Let's go for a walk!" we can very casually go outside and enjoy the fresh air.
(In MN winter, it takes much more time just to get a heavy jacket, snow pants and boots on to be prepared for the coldness, and even when we get out of the house, it's too cold to stay for a long time and we have to come back in house shortly after.)
で、先日、今年初めてのお散歩に行ってまいりました。
Anyways, May-chan and I enjoyed the first walk of the year the other day.
この日はすごく暖かくて、寒いと必須である毛糸の帽子も要りませんでした。お散歩ルートは家の周りです。
That day was pretty warm, so we even didn't wear gloves or hat which we always needed during the real winter time. The walk route was just around our house.
雪解けの水がどんどん道路に流れており、こんな風に水溜まりになっている場所もいくつもあります。
The meltwater was flowing down along the road and we found many big and small puddles on the way like this.
そういう道路状況だったので、めいさん、絶対水溜まりで遊びたいと予想して、この日は防寒スタイルではなく、雨用パンツと長靴の防水スタイルで準備万端！
In such a road condition, I had predicted that May-chan would want to jump in the puddles for sure, so that day I got her ready in a water-proof style with her rain pants and rain boots rather than a cold-proof style.
見て！ジャンプの瞬間！よく見たら、めい、空中に浮かんでおります。(笑)

この日は好きなだけ水溜まりで遊ばせてあげる事ができました。
Without any hesitation, I could let her play in the puddles as much as she liked that day.
それに、寒くないのでHit-chanも全然苦ではなく、美味しい空気を吸って良い気分転換＆運動になりました。
It wasn't cold at all to me (a freezy person) either, so I also could enjoy the fresh air and some mild exercise with her too.
次は別の日のお散歩。
This is about a different day.
この日は久しぶりに大きめの公園に来ました。
We went to a big park for the first time this year.
写真で分かるかな？湖はまだ凍っておりました。
Can you see it? The lake was still frozen.
この公園にはプレイエリアとして遊具が置いてある場所があり、そこも目的で行ったのですが、残念ながらまだ「冬の間は危険ですので、公園は閉鎖します」という看板が出ていたので、めいには何とか納得してもらって、公園内を一緒に散歩しました。
This park has a play area, but it was closed that day due to the winter condition. The sign said, "Closed. The play area is dangerous in the winter condition." or something, so I tried to convince May-chan not to play in the area and walk around in the park instead.
この時、一応「公園閉鎖」の看板はあったものの、何人かめいよりも年齢の高い子供たちは遊具で遊んでいたんです。
（個人的な感覚では、遊具周りの雪は溶けているし、「この気温で遊んでも大丈夫だろうなぁ。」と思っていたので、この遊んでいる子供たちが特に危険だとは感じませんでした。）
Even though the Closed sign was up, there were a couple of older kids playing in the area.
(I personally thought, "It'd be fine playing there in this weather and temperature especially because there's no ice on the ground." at the time, so the kids playing didn't look in a big danger or something at all.)
なので、余計にめいも「何でダメなんだろう？」という疑問もあったと思うのですが、「まだ公園ダメみたい。お散歩しよう。」と説明したら、「公園ダメ。」とちゃんと納得してくれ、Hit-chan、我が子ながら、「偉いなぁ！」と感心してしまいました。
May-chan saw a couple of kids playing in the area too, so "Why can't I play there though they're playing?" she probably wondered about that. Though, she listened to me very well when I explained, "The area is closed. We can't play there today. Let's go for a walk around instead!" and she said "No Park!" and understood the situation. I was super proud of her.
この日ももちろんきっちりと防水スタイル。公園内にはいっぱい水溜まりがありました。
I'd got her ready in a water-proof style that day too. There were also bunch of puddles in the park.
中にはこんな風にまだ少し氷が張っている水溜まりもあり、ザクッザクッと足で踏んで割って楽しんでいました。
Some of them were still half-frozen, so May-chan had much fun with stepping on the ice and making crunchy sound.
ハイ、チーズ！
Cheese!
遊具で遊べなくても、水溜りで十分楽しいもんね！
Even though the play area wasn't open, the puddles were fun and entertaining enough!
何回もジャンプ！して、水しぶきを作って遊びました。
She jumped over and over and enjoyed making splashes too.
お散歩を楽しんだ後はピクニックテーブルに座ってスナックタイム。これが一番楽しみでもあったりするよね。(笑)
After we enjoyed walking around, we had a snack time at a picnic table. Yeah, this might be the main purpose of walk. Hehe.
と、こんな風に、ミネソタも随分と暖かくなり、外でのアクティビティがかなり気軽にできるようになってきました。
Anyways, like I showed some pictures today, it's been much warmer here in MN, which makes it way easier for us to do outdoor activities.
ミネソタに住んで12年、コロナでの自粛生活があったから余計にそう思うのかもしれませんが、本当にお天気によって気持ちが凄く左右されるのが凄く分かります。
I live in MN for 12 years, but I'm feeling how important the weather is to keep your mental healthy more than I have been. Maybe, it's because of the long quarantined life that we went through.
冬の間はそれ程実感してませんでしたが、春づいてきて、太陽の光や温度を感じられるようになると、「あ、今日はあそこに行ってみよう！」と、今まではあまりなかったやる気が自然に出てくるようになりました。
As I can feel more light and warmth of the Sun when spring's closer, "Oh, let's go there today!" I feel more motivated and energetic though I didn't realized how much I was less motivated in winter.
外で遊べるようになるとプレイデートもしやすくなるので、この先もっともっと外でのアクティビティを増やしていけたらなぁと思っています。
It's much easier to do a play date when it's warm out, so I hope that I can set up a lot of play dates for May-chan this spring and summer!

で、先日、今年初めてのお散歩に行ってまいりました。

テレビが大きく報じぬ中、連日尖閣奪取を狙う、中国の日本領海侵犯が激しさを増す現状を、中国に侵略虐殺を受けるウイグル等と重ね、どうか多くの方に知って頂きたいです。
かつて9条の様に非武装中立を宣言し、平和的で軍事力の弱かったチベット等は、中国に武力で侵略虐殺され、その覇権拡大は現在進行形で行われています。
韓国が日本の竹島を不法占拠した際、多くの船員が機関銃で襲撃拷問され死傷し、北朝鮮には国民を拉致され、
尖閣には中国公船が侵犯する現状でも、9条により日本は国を守る為の手出しが何一つ出来ません。
中朝ロの数千発の核ミサイル標準は常時日本に向けられており、尖閣、台湾周辺の動きも激化する中、9条を改正し自立した戦力を持たなければ、
有事の際、敵基地攻撃能力を持たず、原発も動かず資源の無い現状防衛力では、日本人の命と領土は守れません。
中韓による侵略は、野党が法制化を目指す、外国人参政権や女系天皇等、多様性と言う名の文化破壊活動からも始まっており、
外国人参政権はアメリカ始め世界的に認める国は少なく、
ハワイは米国に外国人参政権を与え乗っ取られ、ウクライナのクリミア半島も住民投票を行った体でロシアに帰属しました。
又メディアが推す夫婦別姓等も元々は中韓の制度であり、地位の低い女性は夫の姓を名乗らせないという、女性蔑視の歴史的背景によります。
この夫婦別姓は最終的に戸籍廃止を目的としており 、戸籍により追跡発見が出来た
背乗りやスパイ等の犯罪も、これを無くす事で不都合な出自隠蔽も容易となります。
先進国で唯一スパイ防止法が無い日本で、
中韓に軸足を置き、友好を刷り込む野党やメディアが、制度の危険性を隠し国民を誘導する現状からも、既に浸透工作は最終段階である事、
日本でウクライナの悲劇を生まない為に、一人でも多くの方に目覚めて頂きたいと切に思っております。
