How's your day going today?
さて、Hit-chanがミネソタで一番好きな季節、秋ももう終わってしまいまして、冬に突入しました。
So, my favorite season in MN, autumn, is over and winter is here.
今日はそんな秋の終わり頃から冬の始め頃の外遊びの様子をお届けしたいと思います。
Today I want to share how May-chan and I play outside from the end of autumn to the beginning of winter.
秋と言えば、落ち葉でございます！この日は外遊びがてら、家の前の落ち葉を掃きました。
Speaking of autumn, it's fallen leaves!! On this day, I was raking the leaves when May-chan was playing outside.
で、このお人は大喜び。(笑)
She's super excited with playing in the pile of leaves! LOL
秋にしかできないこのお遊びを満喫しておりました。
She took the advantage of the limited-season fun time.
その後めいは外遊びを続けていたんですが、寒かったのでHit-chanはメレちゃんとめいが遊ぶのを暖かい部屋の中で見てました。(笑)
（ちなみにメレちゃんの傍にいる羊ちゃん、めいの一番のお気に入りなんですが、こうやって太っ腹にメレちゃんに貸してあげている事もしょっちゅうあります。）
May-chan wanted to keep playing outside, but it's too chilly for me to stay outside with her, so Mere-chan (Baby-Meredith and I were watching May-chan play in the yard from the inside of the house.
(BTW, the little lamb sitting by Mere-chan is May-chan's favorite stuffed animal. Though, May-chan's always generously lets Mere-chan have it.)
で、前も好きだったんですが、最近プレイデートでやってめいが増々好きになった遊びがこちら。
May-chan loved this before as well, but she recently loves it more, which is...
シャボン玉～。
Bubbles!
最初の頃はね、ストローでふーふー吹いてやってたんですが、めいに「酸欠になるわ！」っていうくらい頼まれ続けるので、安いシャボン玉のオモチャを買いました。(笑)
I used to make bubbles by blowing with a straw, but May-chan kept me asking me to make bubbles endlessly, which made me feel, "I'll run out of my oxygen!!" So, I bought this bubble toy. LOL
めいはどちらかというと、オモチャを持ってシャボン玉を作る側より、飛んでるシャボン玉を追いかける方が好きみたいです。
May-chan actually prefers chasing the flying bubbles to making the bubbles itself.
気温が低いとシャボン玉も割れにくくなるので、こんな感じに芝生に着地するので、それを割るのも楽しいみたいです。
When the temperature is low, bubbles tend to be less fragile and land on the lawn like this, so it's also fun for her to break them there.
このシャボン玉のオモチャは使い終わると洗って台所のシンクに置いておくのですが、それを見る度に、「新しいシャボン玉する。」とめいに言われるので、いつも諦めさせるのに苦労します。（どっか違う場所に隠しておこうかな？）
I always rinse the bubble toy every after we used it, but May-chan asks me, "We'll do the new bubbles!!" every time she finds it on the kitchen counter. So, I always have a hard time to make her give it up when we don't play outside.
もう少し寒くなって雪が積もるようになったら、今度はスノースーツを着てのそり遊びになりそうです。
We'll probably start sledding in snowsuits sometime soon.
寒がりな上、基本家でジッとしておきたいHit-chanにはちょっと気が進まない季節になってきましたが、まぁ、頑張るしかないですな。
I was born to be such a freeze person, so it's kind of tough for me to play outside in the frozen season here, but you know, "Mommy gotta do it!"
この笑顔を見る為＆夜ぐっすり眠ってもらう為に、母ちゃん頑張ります！
To see this big smile and make her be fast asleep at night, I'll keep kicking my butt!! Haha
という訳で、最近のめいとの外遊びの様子でございました！
