今日もひとり帰国日記を書いていきます。
Okay, let me talk about my Japan trip here again.
さて、何度も書いているのですが、この帰国の目的は体外受精の治療で、移植を行う為に日本には1ヶ月滞在していました。
I've said this several times here, but again the main purpose of this return trip was IVF treatment and I stayed in Japan for about a month.
その間、ミネソタではAndyっちがフルタイムの仕事に加え、めいのプリスクールや日本語補習校の送り迎え、ご飯の準備やお風呂などなど、全てワンオペで頑張ってくれていました。
While I was in Japan, Andy was working full time, giving May-chan a ride to her school, cooking, giving May-chan a bath and more things all by himself.
そんなAndyっちにお土産を買って帰ろうと思い、ちょっと高級な魚介系の缶詰が好きなので探していたのですが、近所のスーパーやモールではあまり見つける事が出来ませんでした。
So, all I could do for him when I was in Japan was that I found something he would like to bring back to MN. Andy likes fancy canned seafood, so I was looking for them at grocery stores or a mall near my parents' house, but I couldn't find them.
その話をすると、母も妹スカッチも、「そういう系やったら、MOMOテラス（モール）に結構あるで。」と教えてくれました。
When I mentioned about that to my mom and my sister, Skutch, they said, "Oh, you can easily find those stuff at MOMO Terrace (a mall)."
なので、妹スカッチがお仕事休みの水曜日に連れていってもらいました。
So, on Skutch's off day, she took me to the mall.
この場所も妹スカッチが車の免許を取るまでは全く来なかった所です。（スカッチに感謝）
I'd never been to this mall until Skutch got her driver's license. (Thanks again to her.)
で、お目当ての魚介系高級缶詰はすぐに見つかり、無事に購入終了。
Just as my mom and Skutch said, I could easily find some fancy canned seafood there.
そして、今回のお買い物でもう一つの目的だったカプリチョーザでランチをしました。
I actually had another plan on my list at the mall.
帰国の際には必ず行きたい所リストに入っているカプリチョーザ。
That was having lunch at my favorite Italian restaurant,
以前は家から一番近いイオンモールに入っていたのですが、今はもう撤退してありません。
There used to be at the mall closr to my parents' house, but they're gone now.
なので、中々行く機会が無かったのですが、今回MOMOテラスに行くと決まって、事前に入っているお店をチェックしていたら、これはこれは、丁度良い事にカプリチョーザが入ってたんですねぇ。（ラッキー！）
So, I hadn't got as many chances as before, but when I was doing some research about the shops at MOMO terrace, I found their name! Lucky me!!
母＆スカッチ、Hit-chanの好みに付き合ってくれてありがとー。
Thank you, Mom and Skutch, for coming along with me again!!

What we ordered were Caesar salad,
マルゲリータピザ。
margherita pizza and...
そして、そして、渡り蟹のトマトクリームパスタ。
my favorite, the tomato cream crab pasta!!
このブログでも何度か話した事があるのですが、Hit-chanは今の所、外食のパスタの中でカプリチョーザの「渡り蟹のトマトクリームパスタ」が一番好きなんです。
I've mentioned this here a couple of times before, but this tomato cream crab pasta is for now my very favorite pasta dish among all Italian pasta dishes at restaurants.
この記事でも、渡り蟹のトマトクリームパスタ愛を力説しております。(笑)
I wrote about the pasta on this article too. Haha.
なので、日本で行きたい所リストにカプリチョーザが入っているというよりも、日本で食べたい物リストにこの「渡り蟹のトマトクリームパスタ」が入っているという方が正確です。(笑) 
So, on my list, I'd write down "Tomato cream crab pasta" rather than the restaurant name, "
今回、久しぶりに食べたこのパスタ、やっぱり美味しかったー！
The first Tomato cream crab pasta in a few years? was very good as usual!
食後のドリンク、紅茶と何かが無料で、コーヒーは100円だったかな？で淹れてもらえました。
We could get a cup of tea or something for free after the meal and a cup of coffee for 100 yen ($1), so needless to say, I ordered coffee.
何気なく壁に貼ってあるこのお知らせをみて、「おー、良いなぁ！」と思いました。
（アメリカでは当たり前ですけど、日本はまだまだやってない所の方が多いですもんね。）
On the wall by our table, I saw this sign saying, "We have boxes for your leftovers." and thought, "Oh, that's a great idea."
(Yeah, it is very common in the US to take leftovers home from restaurants , but in Japan, most of the restaurants don't allow you to do that due to a hygiene concern.)
そんな訳で、母とスカッチのお陰で、食べたかったカプリチョーザの渡り蟹のトマトクリームパスタが食べられて、お腹も心も一杯になったHit-chanでございました。
Anyways, thanks to Mom and Skutch for coming along with me, I could enjoy my favorite pasta dish, which made both of my stomach and heart full.
