日本2018 (Japan 2018, vol.55)

Hello!



皆様、いかがお過ごしでしょうか？
How are you doing today?



さて、Andyっちがミネソタに帰ってから2週間後のこの日、Hit-chanの親友であるあきさんの家に遊びに行きました。
So, this is the day 2 weeks after Andy left Japan and I visited my best friend, Aki that day.




いつものように、最寄り駅まで車で迎えに来てくれました。
As always, she came to the train station to pick me up by car.



近くのレストランの予約を取ってくれていたので、一緒にランチに行きました。
She made a reservation at a restaurant nearby so that we could have a lunch together.




スープから始まり。。。
From a cup of soup...



Hit-chanはサラダセットを頼んだので、メインはサラダ。
My main was a salad with pork.



あきさんのメインはチキン。
Aki got Chicken.



美味しいパンもあり。。。
They served nice bread too.




デザートも。
And dessert.



美味しかった～！！！
It was a nice lunch!



で、ランチの後は、こんなとこに行きました。
After the lunch, we went here.




Mall







そう、赤ちゃん本舗です。
Yeah, this is a shop for baby stuff.



先輩ママのあきさんに、この先何が必要になるか、どんなものがお薦めかを色々聞いて、メモに取りました。
At this ship, Aki and I walked around and she taught me what I would need and what would be helpful when our baby is born. Of course, I wrote it down on my notebook. Hehe.



実際にモノを買うのはアメリカの方が楽なので、この日は何も買わずに終了。
It's super expensive to ship things and there was no room in my suitcase at that time already, so I just learned what I would need at this store and we left there.



その後あきさんの家にお邪魔して、幼稚園に行っているあきさんの愛娘、コロンちゃんの為に急遽家にあった材料でお菓子を作る事にしました。
Then, we went to Aki's house and came up with making something sweet for Aki's daughter, Collon-chan before she's back from kindergarten. Aki searched her kitchen and got some ingredients ready for us.













出来上がり！ホットケーキミックスで作ったチョコチップマフィン的なもの。(笑)
Done! They're kind of chocolate chip muffin thing made with pancake mix.



その後コロンちゃんも帰ってきて、3時のおやつに一緒に食べました。
When Collon-chan came back home, we all ate the muffins together.



コロンちゃん、手作りマフィンを本当に気に入ってくれて、「美味しい！」と10回以上は言ってくれましたし、3個もペロッと食べてくれました。
Collon-chan actually loved the muffins and kindly said "It's tasty!" more than 10 times and she ate 3 pieces!!



作った甲斐がありました～。
Yeah, it's worth it.



楽しい時間はあっという間に過ぎて、Hit-chanは帰路に着きました。
The fun time flew so quickly and it got time for me to go home.



こうやってゆっくり時間を過ごせた事に本当に感謝です。
I'm so happy that we could have plenty of time to do many things together this time.
