How's it going?
Hit-chanは元気です。
I'm doing pretty well.
さて、この日、Andyっちが友達のティーナと会う約束をしていたので、Hit-chanも一緒に久しぶりに会いに行ってきました。
On Memorial day, Andy was planning to hang out with our friend, Tina, so I went along with him.
この日も良いお天気でしょ？
It's a nice day again, right?
行ったのは、我が家から車で5分ほどの所にあるNarrow'sというレストラン。
We went to Narrow's where's located 5 mins away from our house.
ちょっとバーに立ち寄って、ビールを2、3杯飲むのが好きなAndyっちはしょっちゅう来ているみたいですが、Hit-chanはかなりの久しぶりでした。
Andy loves having a couple of glasses of beer at a bar in general, so he often comes to this place after work. I even don't remember when I came here last.
この日はメモリアルデーで、家族でブランチをする人が一杯いました。
It was Memorial day, so there were a lot of families having brunch at the restaurant.
この日は午後1時まで朝食メニューだったので。。。
They were serving breakfast until 1pm that day, so...
軽くサラダと。。。
I ordered this porched egg salad
イングリッシュマフィンのセット。
with English muffin.
この人はお腹が空いていないとの事で、ビール専門。そして、超逆光。(笑)
Andy said he's not hungry, so he was just drinking beer, of course.
そして、この人はまだ眠そう。
And this girl looks still so sleepy. Haha
ティーナの写真はありませんが、実はティーナ、昨年に離婚を経験しているので、「どうしてるのかな？」と少し気になっていました。
I didn't take after Tina got there, but I was a little worried and wondering how she's been doing since she got divorced last year.
でも、実際会ってみると、もうスッキリした顔をしていて、新しく引っ越したマイホームも気に入っているようでした。
Though, she seemed doing very well and said she loved her new home as well.
ティーナの元旦那さんとは、Andyっちは親しいので、2人が離婚したのは残念ですが、離婚後もこうして双方とも友人関係が続いているのは嬉しい事です。
We're also friends of Tina's ex and sorry that their marriage didn't work out, but I'm happy that we're still touch with both of them as nice friends.
実はHit-chan、この日日本から帰ってから、パパママの家に行った以来、初めてのお出かけでした。
Actually, that date was the first time for me to go out since when we visited dad & mom's house.
家から近かったのであまり疲れなかったのと、ティーナともたくさん話せたので、とっても良い気分転換なりました。
It was a very short trip from our house and I really enjoyed talking to Tina, so it turned out to be a very refreshing day to me.
という訳で、今日はこの辺で！！！
