Hit-chanは風邪もひかず元気にやっております。
Mine is very good.
さて、前回の記事でふじさんご夫婦の案内のもと、山科にある毘沙門堂に連れて行ってもらいました。
On the last article, I wrote that my friend, Fuji-san and her husband took us to Bishamon-do temple.
ちょっとしたタイムスリップを体験した後は、ランチに連れて行ってもらいました。
At the temple, we could have a great time travel. After that, they took us to a special lunch.
毘沙門堂からの帰り道
On the way to the station from the temple.
山科駅からタクシーに乗り、ふじさんの旦那様の行きつけのお蕎麦屋さんへ。
From the station, we took a can and headed to this buck wheat noodle restaurant.
実はHit-chan、日本に来る前から、お蕎麦の食べ歩きをよくされているふじさんに
Actually, even before we came to Japan, I was asking Fuji-san,
「美味しいお蕎麦を食べに連れて行って！」
"Please take us to a nice buck wheat noodle restaurant!"
とお願いしていたのです。
since she and her husband love buck wheat noodles and they eat at many different restaurants.
手打ちそば 藤村
旦那様がお店を予約してくださっていたので、すぐに席につけました。
Fuji-san's husband already made the reservation and thanks to it, we could hold a table right away.
メニューに何があるのかなぁ？と見ていたら、ふじさんご夫婦から
When I was checking the menu and wondering what they had, they told us
「もう頼んであるから。」
"We already had them take care of our dish."
との言葉が。
なので、文字通り、本当に何から何まで丸投げになってしまいました。(笑)
So, literally, they took care of everything for us that day.
ミネソタではもちろん、本物のお蕎麦なんてものは食べられないですしAndyっちは初めて、そして、Hit-chanも今まで本物のお蕎麦を食べた事が無かったんです。
Well, obviously, Andy had never tried authentic buck wheat noodles because you can't find a place who serves it in MN. Even me, I'd never tried real ones in my life either.
Andyっちは旦那様と一緒に美味しい日本酒も楽しみ、初めてのお蕎麦のコースも全て美味しくいただいていました。
Fuji-san's husband let Andy enjoy sake with him and Andy loved all the dishes in the course.
Hit-chanも初めての本物のお蕎麦、美味しくいただきました。
I also enjoyed my first real buck wheat dinner too.
で、この日帰ってから気づいたんですが、旦那様が撮ってくださったので、私たちの2ショット写真は一杯あるものの、ふじさんご夫婦と一緒に撮った写真が一枚もなかったんです！（残念！）
BTW, Fuji-san and I realized that we didn't take any picture of us all though Fuji-san's husband took a lot of picture of Andy and me.
この最初から最後まで、至れり尽くせりのおもてなしに、Andyっちも大層感動しておりました。
Anyways, Andy was very moved by the great hospitality.
Hit-chanなんかは、10年前からふじさんにお世話になりっぱなしで、本当は恩返しをすべきところなのに、今回も一杯お世話になってしまいました。
Me personally, I already owed a lot to Fuji-san 10 years ago and I'm supposed to pay it back now, but again, she gave me more.
ふじさん、旦那様、本当に素晴らしい一日をありがとうございました！！
