前回の記事で妊娠報告をさせていただき、本当にたくさんのおめでとうコメントをいただきまして、ありがとうございました。
On the last article, I announced that I'm pregnant and received a lot of "Congratulations!" comments. Thanks you so much!
本来ならば、安定期に入ってから報告するのが多いと思うのですが、私達の場合は不妊治療も含めてブログでお話しているので、少し早めではありますが、今の時点で報告させてもらいました。
I guess we're supposed to officially announce everybody about our pregnancy when I get into the golden period or something, but I've been talking about our infertility treatment on my blog, so I wanted to share this happy news with everyone who's cared about us though it's a little earlier.
今日は、ミネソタに帰ってから、初めての仕事に行ってきました。
Today, I had my first shift at Caribou after the trip.
帰ってから、時差ボケを直したり、食べつわりで夜中に起きたりと、「こんなんで仕事大丈夫かな？」と思っていたんですが、行ってみると何てことはなく、無事に6時間のシフトを終える事ができました。
To be honest, I've had a big jet lag and woke up in the middle of night because of air hunger from pregnancy, so I was a little bit worried if I would be okay to go back to work. Though, once I started working, nothing was tough and I could make my first 6 hour shift well!
やっぱり、Hit-chanの性格上、ある程度の責任がある方がシャキッとするみたいです。
Again, I'm a lazy person and should do something responsible. Haha.
今までは週5日働いていましたが、妊娠期間は週に2日だけなので、体にも無理なくやっていけそうです。
I was working 5 days a week before the trip, but now I'm working only twice a week, so I think I'll be fine.
さて、この記事でAndyっちが日本にいた頃のお話は最後になります。
So, this is the last article about the Japan trip with Andy.
この記事では、今まで書ききれなかった、ちょっとした出来事を集めて書いていきたいと思います。
On this article, I want to share some miscellaneous but precious moments of our trip.
今回の旅でも、Andyっち、やっぱりお気に入りの包丁屋さん、常久さんに行きました。
Also on this trip, Andy stopped by his favorite knife shop, Tsunehisa.
で、包丁はもう既に一杯あるんですが、また一本買って名前を彫ってもらいました。(笑)
Yeah, we already own tons of knives, but he purchased another one and had them curve his name on it. Hehe.
途中、マカロニ＆チーズが無性に食べたくなったAndyっち、お店で見つけて笑顔。
During the trip, Andy got starving for Mac&Cheese so bad and this is the moment we found it at the shop.
その上、ブログを読んでくださった母のお友達からもマカロニ＆チーズをいただきました。ありがとうございました！
What's better is one of my mom's friend read my blog and sent us Mac&Cheese too! Thanks so much!
Hit-chanは夜間の運転中のみにかける眼鏡も購入。
I personally got these glasses just for when I drive at night.
で、Andyっちがミネソタに帰る前日、父が参加する木版画展にもお邪魔する事ができました。
This was the day before Andy went back to MN. We went to the wood print art exhibition that my dad joined.
と、そんな訳で、Andyっちも最後の最後まで日本滞在を楽しんでくれました。
So, like the last picture, Andy had a great time until the last day of this trip.
一生の思い出になったそうで、Hit-chanの故郷、そして家族と友人とたくさん会えた事、本当に感謝しております。
He said it became his lifetime experience and I really appreciate that we could have this great opportunity to let Andy spend a wonderful time with my family and friends in my home country.
という訳で、今日はこの辺で！
