さて、3月31日はHit-chanの母の誕生日でした。
So, March 31st was my mom's birthday.
運良く当日は土曜日だったので、兄家族も一緒にお祝いする事になりました。
Luckily, the day was a Saturday and we could celebrate it with my big brother's family too.
バースデーガール本人が近所のレストランを予約してくれました。(笑)
My mom booked a restaurant for us though she was the BD girl. hehe.
姪っ子のふうちゃん、いないいないばあっ！が出来るようになってました。
My niece, Fu-chan, learned Peekaboo!
ただ、焦らすのが好きなのか、いないいないの時間がめっちゃ長い。30秒くらい、いないいないしてはるよ。(笑)
Though, her Peekaboo's Peeka part was very long and she kept her face covered over 30 seconds. LOL
ばぁ！！
BOO!
兄の誕生日も3月25日だったので、料理上手な兄にはKaldi Coffeeでかった色んな食材をプレゼントしました。
My big brother's BD was also March 25th, so Andy and I got him many kinds of food products since he's such a good cook.
母には兄夫婦からはハイボールセット、妹スカッチと彼氏さんからは化粧品。。。
For my mom, whiskey and club soda from my brother and his wife and a cosmetic product from my young sister2, Skatch and her boy friend.
AndyっちとHit-chanからはスタートレックの財布をプレゼントしました。
From us, we gave her this Star Trek wallet. Yeah, my mom's huge fan of Star Trek.
皆のプレゼント、喜んでくれたみたいで良かったです。
She loved al the presents!
あと、前回初めて姪っ子のふうちゃんに会った時には、ふうちゃんはずっと泣いていたんですが、今回は比較的ご機嫌で初めて抱っこする事ができました。Yay!
The last time I met my niece, Fu-chan, she was so crabby and weepy. Though, she was in a good mood and let me hold her a couple of times! Yay!
今回の滞在では、Andyっちとも一緒に両親の誕生日をお祝いする事ができて本当に嬉しかったです。
On this trip, Andy and I got a chance to celebrate both of my parents' birthdays which was so precious and fun.
そんな訳で、家族の誕生日を一緒にお祝いできる嬉しさを再確認した日でございました。
This is all about the day that we're reminded how nice it is to be able to celebrate your loves' BDs together.
