今日もひとり帰国日記でございます。
Okay, let me talk about my Japan trip today again.
2月8日、父がお休みだったので、びっくりドンキー以来、家族皆でディナーに行っていました。
On February 8th, my dad was off, so we went to eat out for the first time since dinner at Bikkuri Donkey.
I wrote about the family dinner at Bikkuri Donkey here.
父は今年で70歳になりましたが、週5、夜勤で働いているので、こうしてメンバー揃って晩御飯に行くチャンスはかなり限られているのです。
My dad turned 70 years old in February, but still works 5 days a week in the 3rd shift, so there were not many chances for us to eat out together with all of us, my parents, my sister and me.
で、この日はHit-chanの体外受精の移植が2日後に迫ってきているのもあり、「あと1回はお寿司食べたい！！」
というHit-chanのリクエストでお寿司にしてもらいました。
（一応、移植した後は生魚などは控えるようにしているのでね。）
For dinner that day, "I wanna eat sushi one more time at least!!" I made a request since my egg transfer was scheduled 2 days after.
(I wanted to avoid raw fish after the egg transfer was done.)
行ったのは、この滞在で初めて食べて感動したもりもり寿司さん。
We went to this sushi restaurant again, Mori-mori sushi. I was so amazed when I ate their sushi for the first time.
ちなみに、初もりもり寿司の様子はこちら。
まぁ、Hit-chan、兄弟姉妹多くて家族全員揃えば7人なんですが、現在実家にいるのは両親と妹2スカッチの3人のみ。
I have 2 borhters and 2 sisters, so there are 7 members in my family when we all get together, but Skatch is the only one who still lives with my parents.
前回はお腹いっぱいになりそうで頼めなかった茶わん蒸し。美味しかった！ほっこりするよね。
Chawan-mushi (savoury egg pudding) which I didn't order last time because I was too full. It was so yummy!
お寿司の写真、美味しすぎてこれしかとってないけど、4人いたので一貫ずつ分けたりしてたくさんの種類を楽しむ事ができました。
The suhi was too deliciou for me to take more than 1 picture. It was very nice for me that we could share various different kinds together.
この日も父がご馳走してくれました。ありがとー！
My dad paid the fancy dinner again. Thank you!!
帰り、モールの中をブラブラ歩いていると、閉店セールをしているお店が。
We were browsing in the mall and found this store doing closing sale.
買ってあげたいという気持ちが溢れる父に勧められ、スカッチもHit-chanも靴下5足ずつ買ってもらいました。(笑) 折角なので、めいとお友達にキティちゃんの靴下を選びました。
My dad was always looking for any chances to treat me, so he encouraged Skatch and me to get something there. So, Skatch and I picked 5 pairs of socks and my dad paid them for us. LOL I picked up Hello Kitty socks for May-chan and her friend.
と、全然大した話じゃないんですが、こうして実家にいるメンバー4人で揃ってまた外食が出来て楽しかったです。
It was not a big deal at all, but such an ordinary time with my family was priceless for me. I had much fun eating out with them.
このもりもり寿司さん、今回Hit-chanのお気に入り1位になったので、次に帰る時は必ずAndyっちを連れて行きたいなぁと思っています。
Mori-mori sushi became my most favorite sushi restaurant for sure, so I'd definitely want to take Andy there on the next return.
