さて、今日もバケーションの様子です。あとちょっとで終わりますので、お付き合いよろしくです。
Okay, today's article about my vacation in July again. It won't last too long, so I hope haven't got bored.
この日はAndyっちは朝パパママとゴルフに行き、お疲れ気味のHit-chanは午前中一人でキャビンで過ごしました。
On the 6th day, Andy went to play golf with Ray&Mary and I was little tired and spent time by myself at the cabin in the morning.
で、ディナーはAndyっちと二人で行きました。
Andy and I went to dinner together at night.
行ったのはここ。
The restaurant was here.
ここでは、ロブスタービスクが美味しいので、今回も注文。いつも通り旨し。
They make very good lobster bisque, so we ordered it this time again. Yeah, it was pretty good as usual.
Andyはステーキサンドイッチ
Andy had steak sandwich.
Hit-chanはチキンラップ
I had chicken wrap.
ビールはマストね。
Beer is a must for him.
アイスティーよ。
Iced tea for me.
で、バケーション６日目はこんな感じで終わりまして、７日目です。
Okay, this is it about the 6th day, so now about the 7th day.
朝はこのコーヒーショップから。
We started the day from this cute coffee shop.
とても小さなコーヒーショップですが、地元の方から愛されている感じが伝わってきて、もしこっちに引っ越して来たらここで働きたいなぁと思うような素敵なお店です。
This coffee shop seems to be loved by local people and the atmosphere is really nice. They made me feel working here if we move up north.
Hit-chanはドリップコーヒーを頼んだんですが、小さなクッキーを無料でくれまして、このクッキーがなんとも美味でした。
I just ordered a cup of dripped coffee, but they gave me this little cookie for free. And surprisingly, this cookie was super delicious!
Andyっちとブラッド君はサンドイッチも注文。
Andy and Brad ordered sandwiches too.
で、この日は。。。
And then...
兄弟そろってのゴルフ！
We played golf together!
実はAndyっちとブラッド君、そしてHit-chanの三人だけでゴルフをした事がなくて、この時が初めてでした。
Actually, this was the first time for us to play golf just with 3 of us.
んが、受付を済ませてカートにゴルフクラブを乗せようとした時に問題発生。
Buuuuuuuut!!! A big problem happened after we checked in.
ブラッド君が３日前に購入したこのトラック、カギを差してもドアが開かなくなってしまいました。で、車の中にあったクラブを取り出せなくなりました。がびーん。
Brad actually bought this used truck 3 days before and the door didn't get unlocked even when he turned the key. So, he couldn't open the door and take out his golf clubs.
で、その場で鍵屋さんに電話したら１０分で来てくれるとのことだったのと、ゴルフ場も空いているとの事で、ブラッド君の車のカギが直るまで待つことにしました。
He called Lock Smith and they said they could get here in 10 mins and the golf course wasn't busy at all, so Andy and I decided to wait for his car to get fixed.
鍵屋さんが来てくれて、状況を見てくれたところ「難しいかも～。」となっていたんですが、ちょっとした所から上手くいきまして、そこからは３０秒くらいでドアが開きました。(笑)
After 15-20mins, the Lock Smith man showed up and looked at Brad's truck. He mentioned "It might be difficult." but he came up with something simple and that temporarily, but still solved the problem in 30 seconds.
ドアの鍵は直さないといけないんですが、とりあえずここでは一件落着。
Brad still needs to fix the door lock, but we could learn how to open one of the doors at that time.
で、気を取り直して、レッツゴー！
Okay, now we start hitting a ball!

こうやってブログで残しておくと何年も経ってから読み返したりできていいですね。
１週間、何も気にせず仕事をお休みできるのも、Andyが頑張って働いてくれて、家計をしっかり支えてくれているお陰です。
そんでもって、素敵なキャビンを見つけて、お得な値段で交渉してくれたり、ゴルフやレストランの予約を全部してくれてるママ、甘えさせてもらってばっかりです。
Kanaさんの言う通り、このブログ、家族にとって良い記録になってます。数年前の自分自身の考え方などを読んでいると、今の自分と違ったりしてビックリしたりします。
