How are you doing today?
さて、ミネソタが暖かい季節、めいとHit-chan、しょっちゅう近所の公園へ行ってピクニックのような事を楽しんでいました。
So, when it was still warm out here in MN, May-chan and I went to parks and had a fun outdoor time very often.
まだまだ暖かかった頃。
When it was still warm here...
ですが、寒くなってからのミネソタ、コロナの影響もあって、めっきり公園に行く事もなくなりました。
Though, once it's got cold here and plus due to COVID-19 as well, we haven't visited parks anymore.
代わりに、もっぱら家の庭で遊んだり、めいの気が向けば近所を散歩したりしてます。
Instead going to parks, we play in the yard or walk around our house lately.
トコトコしっかり歩けるようになりました。
Yup, she can walk very well on her own now.
お散歩に行き始めても、気が変わってすぐに家の庭に戻る事もしょっちゅう。(笑)
On our walks, it's not unusual that May-chan suddenly changes her mind and returns to our yard. Haha.
決められた道を行くより、自分で決めた道を行きたいもんね～。（基本、お散歩はめいの気ままに任せています。）
She always wants to go her way rather than a designated way. (I basically let her go wherever she wants to as long as she's safe.)
この日もすぐに裏庭に戻ってきました。
Yup, May-chan changed her mind and returned to the back yard shortly after we set out on our usual route.
この日はボールをなんちゃってかまくらに入れる遊びをしました。
On the day, we played with the soccer ball. It was fun to put the ball in the snow house.
頑張ってボールを取ろうとしてるんですが、上手くいかず断念。
She's trying to get the ball out of the snow house, but she gave up.
あと、我が家の庭にブラッド君の芝刈り機がず～っと何年も放置されていまして、それに乗ったり遊んだりしています。
（何度かブラッド君に取りにきてもらうように頼んでいるんですが、もう5年以上そのままにされています。もう、この先使うの？？笑）
This is Brad's lawn mower which's been sitting in our back yard for a while, so May-chan sometimes plays on it too.
(We've asked Brad to come and move his lawn mover from our yard, but it's been sitting there for more than 5 years at least. Brad, are you really gonna use it again?? Haha)
比較的暖かい日は1時間近くお外で遊んだりしますが、めちゃくちゃ寒い日はほんの20分程で切り上げる事もあります。
This day was actually warm for MN winter, so we played outside for about 1 hour or so. Though, when it's super cold out, we only play for 20mins or so too.
まぁ、こんな感じで、冬バージョンのお散歩と言いますか、家の周りで遊んでるだけですけど、私達なりに冬のミネソタを楽しんでおります。
Anyways, this is how May-chan and I usually play outside recently in winter. We just play only around the house, but that's the way we enjoy MN winter.

代わりに、もっぱら家の庭で遊んだり、めいの気が向けば近所を散歩したりしてます。
