風が吹けば。。。その後 (Every little thing is actually connected. vol.2)

皆様、いかがお過ごしでしょうか？
How's everything going?



さて、前回の記事で、体外受精を受ける為に家を担保にローンを組む、
So, on the last article, I talked about how every little thing is actually connected like that we needed to apply for a home equity loan to do IVF in Japan.



家を担保にローンを組む為に、地下の寝室の壁に色を塗るという風に、地下の寝室の壁に色を塗った様子を書きました。
Then, I wrote about that we painted one of our bedrooms in the basement for the loan.



で、無事に寝室の壁を塗った後に、次はカーペットを入れる作業をしました。
After we finished painting the wall well, we moved on the process to install carpet next.



昨秋の晴れたある日、ボーイズ達が外で作業している間に、ママとHit-chanのガールズ組は室内で作業をしました。
One sunny day in fall, while boys were working on cutting the big tree in the yard, mom and I, the girl team worked on cleaning the concrete floor.



ちなみにこの日ね。
This is the same day.




最初に、コンクリートむき出しになった床に打ち付けられている木片と釘を取り除く作業をしました。
First, we tried to take all the wood pieces and the nails off the floor.




準備万端！
I'm ready!




ママに教えてもらいながら。。。
Mom taught me how to do everything.








こんな感じで綺麗にしていきました。
Like this, we scraped all the glue remains or something.



で、この日はこの作業で終わりましたが、その後、Andyっちとブラッド君が二人でカーペットを敷いてくれました。
That's all we finished on the day, but some days later, Andy and Brad put carpet on the floor.

結構綺麗になったでしょ？
Doesn't it look much better?



カーペットは安物ですけど、コンクリートに比べりゃ天と地の差です。
The carpet is cheap one, but comared to concrete floor, this is way better.



これで、希望通り赤ちゃんができたら、赤ちゃん部屋として使う事ができます。
Now, even if we have a baby, there's a room for him/her.



という訳で、我が家のリフォーム話でした！
