How are you doing today?
Hit-chanは、相変わらず元気に過ごしております。
I'm doing well as always.
さて、先月7月22日はブラッド君の誕生日でした。
So, July 22nd was my brother in law, Brad's birthday.
なので、皆でバースデーディナーに行きました。
So, we had a birthday dinner together.
今回行ったのは、Ciao Bellaというイタリアンレストラン。
This is the Italian restaurant, Ciao Bella.
ちなみに、昨年のクリスマスのもらった新しいカメラ、未だに使いこなせずに食べ物の写真を上手く撮れません。
Let me make an excuse here. I got my new camera last Christmas, but I can't take nice pics of foods with it yet.
とりあえず、こんなものを食べたよ～という事だけお見せできればという事で。。。
So, I hope you will see what we ate at least here.
Hit-chanはこのカニパスタをいただきました。
I had this crab spaghetti.
さすがイタリアンレストラン、ティラミスが美味しかったよ～。
They made really delicious Tiramisu which is one of my favorite sweets, so I was so happy.
ブラッド君のプレゼントですが、ブラッド君の家の冷蔵庫が壊れ、それを買い替えないといけないとの事だったので、その資金を少し。
As for a present for Brad, he actually had to replace his fridge that time, so we gave him a fund.
それだけだったら何なので。。。
Still, we wanted to give him besides the money, so...
レストランの駐車場でプレゼント贈呈式。(笑)
we handed it to him at the restaurant parking.
Andyっちが選んだビール。（私は詳しくないのですが、おそらく期間限定か何かのブランド。）
Andy chose a beer for him. (I don't know much about this beer, but it muse be seasonal or something.)
ちなみに、Andyっちが馴染みのお酒屋さんで「弟の誕生日プレゼントで、冷蔵庫が壊れてるんですよ～。」って話したら、お店の人が親切にも
この発泡スチロールと氷のパッキングをしてくれたらしいです。（優し～！）
Andy got the beer in our favorite liquor store and talked to them "This is for my bro's birthday, but his fridge is broken now." Then, the kind staff packed the bottle in the box with the ice bag. (How nice they are!)
この後、Hit-chanとAndyっちはブラッド君の家に寄って、しばらくお酒を飲んだりしてお祝いしました。
After the dinner, Andy and I stopped by Brad's house and hanged out to have some more drink there.
