こちらミネソタ、先週ついにTシャツで外が歩けるか？と思っていたのに、またまた気温が下がって、今日は毛糸の帽子＆手袋が必要でした。（Hit-chan基準）
Here in MN, I was thinking "Oh, I'd walk around just in T-shirt" last week, but it's got chilly again and I needed my hat and gloves today. (I'm a freezy person though.)
さて、先日の土曜日、友達のキャットとその彼氏のトム、AndyっちとHit-chanでダブルデートをしてきました。
So, last Saturday, Andy and I had a double date with my friend, Kat and her boyfriend, Tom.
行ったのはこちら。
We went here.
そう、ターゲットフィールド、ミネソタのプロ野球チームツインズの本拠地です。
Yup, the home of MN Twins, Target Field.
この前の日に、キャットがカリブーの常連さんからチケットを譲ってもらうという幸運を手に入れ、Hit-chanたちも誘ってくれたんです。
The day before the Saturday, Kat luckily got 4 tickets from one of our Caribou regulars and kindly passed 2 of them over me and Andy.
譲っていただいた席はめちゃくちゃ良い席で、選手たちがプレイしているのがすぐそばで観られました。
The seats were super good, so we could watch the players so close.
ほら、ツインズのスター選手、マウワーも1塁側だったのでめちゃ近い！
See, here's our star player, Joe Mauer. He was pretty close because he's on the 1st base.
この日の相手はカンザスシティ・ロイヤルズ。
The other team was Kansas City Royals.
そう、数少ない日本人メジャーリーガーの一人、青木宣親選手の所属するチームです。
（ちなみに青木選手と誕生日が一緒なので、Hit-chan、勝手に親近感を感じています。）
Yes, there's a Japanese player, Norichika Aoki in the team.
(His birthday and mine are same, so I kind of feel him close.)
この日は雨の予報でしたが、運よく曇りどまりで助かりました。
It was supposed to rain that day, but luckily, it didn't.
ツインズのグッズがなかったので、一応ミネソタファンを示すためにウルヴズの帽子をかぶりました。(笑)
We didn't have Twins stuff, so we wore Wolves hats which could show that we're MN fans. Haha.
ピッチャーも近いので、その球の速さが肌で感じられます。
We're so close to the picthers, so could feel how fast they threw a ball.
新しいカメラのお蔭で、青木選手もこんなにハッキリ撮れました。
Thanks to my new camera, I could take a picture of Aoki so clearly too.
で、席にはたくさんの売り子さんが来るんですが、その中でホッとドック売りのおじさんのパフォーマンスが面白くて、キャットがこのおじさんからホッとドックを買いました。
There were a lot of people coming to our seats to sell foods and drinks, but this hotddog man so unique and fun. His great performance captured Kat's heart to buy one from him.
最初、こうやって静止画で写真を撮っていたんですが、このおじさんの良さは動画だと途中で気づきました。
I was taking pictures of his performance, but I realized that I should've switched to a movie mode halfway.
上の動画でも、おじさんの良さはちょっとしか出てないんですが、とっても楽しくホッとドックを作ってくれます。
His performance was way better than the movie, but he makes a simple hotdog in such a entertaining way.
試合の方はツインズが２つのホームランを含め、７対１でロイヤルズに快勝しました。
As for the game, we had 2 homeruns and beat Royals 7 to 1.
確か、青木選手は調子が悪く、この日はヒットがありませんでした。残念。
As far as I remember, Aoki unfortunately didn't get any hit that day. Too bad.
久しぶりにスポーツ観戦、しかもこんな素敵な席で観させていただけて、本当に感謝です。
Anyways, I really appreciate that I could enjoy watching the game in the great seats with Andy after a while.
キャット、トム、楽しい時間をありがとうね！！！
