やっとですが、ダルースへの旅最終回でございます。
Finally, this is the last article of the trip to Duluth.
さて、橋の側でたくさん写真を撮った後は、ダルースの波止場をトコトコ歩いてちょっと散歩しました。
After I took a lot of pics by the bridge, we walked on a road by the lake a little bit.
Andyっち、前の日にあげたシャツを着てくれました。
He wore one of the shirts I gave him the day before.
向こう側に今回泊まったホテルが見えます。真ん中くらいの煙突の所です。
で、Andyっちのお仕事で最近知り合った方で、奥さんが日本人の方がいらっしゃるんですが、そのご夫婦の息子さんがダルースで日本食レストランを経営されているとの事だったので、寄ってみる事にしました。
So, Andy got to know with a man whose wife is Japanese at work and we heard that their son owns a Japanese restaurant in Duluth, so we decided to stop there.
Andyっちはお寿司。
Andy ordered sushi.
Hit-chanは顔ぐらいでっかい天ぷらうどんを頼みました。
I ordered a face-size Udon noodle bowl with Temnpura.
天ぷらもサクサクで美味しかったです。
The shrimp tempura was crispy and delicious.
奥様が息子さんに連絡してくださったので、ビールをサービスしていただきました。
The Japanese lady called and told her son about us beforehand, so the owner gave us 2 free beers.
で、Hit-chanは翌日、また朝5時からカリブーだったので、食事の後は帰路につきました。
On the next day after the day, I had to work from 5 am at Caribou, so we headed back to home after lunch.
で、その帰路の途中、カジノがあったので、少し遊んで行くことにしたんですが、今回行って正解でした。
On the way back home, there was a casino, so we stopped to play slots a little bit. And it was a right decision.
というのも、スロットで遊んだんですけど、2時間ほど楽しんだ後に
Because, after we played slots about for 2 hours,
「帰る前に、もうちょっと掛け金の高いスロットちょっとしてから帰ろう～。」
"Before we leave, let's play a bigger bet one a little bit!"
って、Hit-chanがお金を入れて、Andyっちがボタンおしたら、ピコンピコ～ン！！！！！
and I insert money into a machine and Andy pressed the button, then "Pip-Pip-Pip"!!!!!!!!
見事120ドル勝ちました～。
We won $120!!!!!!
いやぁ、最高の旅の締めくくりでしたよ。
Oh my, that was the best ending of the trip.
という訳でですねぇ、結婚2周年のダルースへの旅、こうして幕を閉じました。
