皆さん、お元気でしょうか？
How are you doing?
Hit-chanは風邪もひかずに頑張ってやっております。
I've not caught a cold or something and am doing so well.
まず最初に、上の三文を見られて分かったと思いますが、これからはできるだけこうやって日本語の文章の下に英語で文章を書いていこうと思います。
First off, as you would know with the first 3 sentences, I'm going to put English sentences under the Japanese ones from now.
英語のブログも作ったんですが、中々別々のブログを書いていくのが大変で、全然更新できていませんでした。
I made the English blog, but it's been kind of hard for me to update 2 different blogs and I've not been able to write the English one at all lately.
最近、カリブーで働き始め、こっちのお友達にもブログを紹介する機会も増えてきた事もありまして、日本のお友達と同じ記事を共有できればなぁと思ってます。
Since I started working at Caribou coffee recently and got more friends to introduce my blog here, I'd love them to share the same articles with my Japanese family and friends.

で、先週末の話なんですが、今年も毎年恒例のクリスマスツリーハントに行ってきました。
So, it's the last weekends and we went to hunt a Christmas tree this year as well.
昨年はですねぇ、こんな感じで雪が降る中行ったんですけど、今年は。。。
By the way, the last year was like this in much snow, but this year...
雪が全く無いなかでのハントになりました。
turned out to be no snow.
雪が無いといいましても、気温は結構低くてかなり寒く感じられました。
Even though there was no snow, the temperature was pretty low and it felt so cold to me.
皆の防寒具合もしっかりしております。
Everybody's well prepared with the heavy clothes.
たくさんある中で「これだ！」という一本を探さなくてはいけません。
We have to find the right one among all these trees with your eyes.
Hit-chanの防寒具合もしっかりしてるんですけど、足元が寒くてこの後、一人車で待機しておりました。（爆）
Of course, Hit-chan dressed warm too, but my feet got so cold and I ended up staying in the car by myself. Hehe.
で、これだという一本が見つかれば、それを自らの手でのこぎりで切り、そして、自らの手で、梱包してくれる場所まで運びます。
When we find the right tree, we cut it with a saw by our hands and carry it to a place where the staff clean and tie the trees.
梱包場所にはこういう機械が置いてありまして。。。
There is a machine like this at the packing place...
枯葉を払った後にツリーを差し込むと。。。
when they put a tree into it after they shook the tree's dead leaves off...
あれよあれよとネットに包まれ細くなっちゃいます。
the tree got so skinny in the net in a moment.
で、車の上にツリーを縛り付けてもらった後に、ツリー農場の中にあるお店に行ってお金を払います。
After we have them to tie up the tree on the car's roof, we pay at the gift shop in the farm.
Hit-chanはお店の前で売っていたケトルコーン（甘く味付けしてあるポップコーン）を購入。
Hit-chan got Kettle corn at the little shop in front of the gift shop.
Maryはリースを作ってもらって購入していました。
Mary asked them to make her a fresh and real Christmas wreath.
で、支払いが終わったので、帰路に。。。
When everything's done, we got on the way back home...
パパママの分とHit-chan＆Andyっちの分の2本が載っております。
There are 2 trees, one for Mary&Rat and the other one if for us, on the roof.
で、ツリーハントが終わった後は、我が家の近くのNarrows
でランチをしました。
After the tree hunt, we had lunch at Narrows near our house.
お腹が空いていたので、めっちゃ美味しくいただきましたよ。
It was so nice especially because I was starving.
で、家に帰った後、早速飾りつけしました。
When we got home, we decorated the tree.
で、完成♪
And, done!
本物の木なので、毎日お水をあげてないといけませんが、素敵な香りが部屋に広がりますよ。
We need to water it everyday because it's a real tree, but the fresh aroma gets spread in the room.
今年も無事クリスマスツリーをゲットしまして、後はクリスマスを待つのみですねぇ。
Now, we have the nice tree and all we do is just waiting for Christmas.
