日本版は出てないようですが、以前テレビ放映して、その時の邦題は「ジェイン・オースティンに恋して」だったようです。「高慢と偏見」のパロディです。
イギリスのテレビドラマ。
1時間番組の4回シリーズたったみたいで、中身だけだと3時間で見終わりました。タイムスリップものというか、三次元の我々が二次元の小説の中に迷い込む系のお話です。
見た感じでは、小説というより、コリン・フアース版のテレビドラマの世界に迷い込んだ設定でしょうね。制作局も時期も違うので俳優さんは違いますが、美術や、俳優さんの造型がそっくりでした。無意味にダーシーが池に飛び込んでシャツがスケスケになるシーンがあります(爆)
お話は、「高慢と偏見」の大ファンの現代女性アマンダが、何故か、高慢と偏見の主人公リジーと入れ替わってしまうというもので、「高慢と偏見」のキャラクターによるパラレルワールド的展開が楽しめます。
アマンダがお話の世界に入り込むのが、ちょうど小説(ドラマ版も)「高慢と偏見」の冒頭と同じタイミングで、舞踏会、風邪を引いてしまうジェイン、コリンズ牧師の来訪など原作に沿って進んで行く親切進行。
でm、リジーとアマンダが入れ替わっていることで、少しずつお話がずれ始めます。

ジェーンとコリンズさんが結婚してしまってどうなるのかとハラハラしました。
お父さんはほんとに決闘してしまうし。
原作よりも、母親やウィカムの描かれ方が好意的だったのも興味深し。
アマンダと入れ替わってリアル生活してたリジーが、すつかりこっちに馴染んでたのが素晴らしかったですね。
流石リジー。
リジー側の物語も見て見たかったですね。
お父さん役の人がどこかで見た顔だと思ってたら、ノッティングヒルの恋人でバーニー役やってた人でした。

字幕も無しで駆け足で見たので台詞が全然わかってなくて、筋の流れだけ追ってしまったので、日本版出てほしいなー。
ノーラエフロンの生前に映画化の話があったそうなのですがとうなったかしら？
