Lenana Peak 3

On the way back from Lenana Peak, I tried the Y-shape-UP of Jiriki-Seitai.
I enjoy this exercise almost every night in my bed before falling asleep,
not standing but laying, of course.

When you pull up your leg with your hand like this, your groin lymph node
will be stimulated. In the case your hand cannot reach to your foot,
you should use a towel to keep your knee straight.

If you enjoy this exercise every night, you could do it everytime,
everywhere like this. You can get a stable leg power and flexibility.
