Natto Soba

Soba is Japanese buckwheat noodles and serve hot or cold.
Somebody of our family who is from Japan had a cold Soba with Natto(sticky fermented soybeans) yesterday.

Kinou mo atsui hi deshita node, Nihonkara kimashita wagaya no darekasan ha ohiru ni Natto wo soemashita tsumetai osoba wo tsukurimashita.






Basic child Soba noodles is served on a flat basket or a plate and dipping them into a dipping sauce on the side.
