Safe tomato

We eat safe tomatoes everyday from our own vegetable garden. We've started growing tomatoes for very special sweet kind wich ever seen at the store.

Saikin ha byougenkin ni osen sareta tomato ga mondai ni natteimasuga wagaya deha jika-saien de sodate te imasu anzen na tomato wo mainichi anshin shite itadaku kotoga dekimasu.






It's a very very sweet kind of tomato just like a Japanese fruit tomato.

Nihon no furu-tsu tomato no youna amai tomato ha Amerika deha nakanaka urareteimasen node jika-saibai wo hajime mashita.







We always thank for mother nature (earth).

Hiya-Somen

It's very hot day, too. I had a cold dish for my lunch today.
This is a very popular dish in the hot summer in Japan, takes cold noodles and dips into a small bowl containing a also cold sauce.

Kyou mo totemo atsui desu node ohiru ni Hiya-Somen wo tsukurimashita.







Our own dipping sauce is made from dried SHIITAKE mushroom broth.

Wagaya no men-tsuyu wa hoshishiitake de odashi wo totte imasu node fuumi ga atte oishiidesu.



And also we roll up noodles 1bite by 1bite for easy eating with no mess.

1kuchi zutsu makiage masunomo wagaya no oyakusoku desu. Naniyorimo itadaki yasuku yogoshitarimo shimasen node.

Sorry...

As you know that we've gotten Japanese language system down of our computer machine.
Since then somebody of our family has gone his business tripping. So we don't have a chance to get fixing it while he's in the other town...we are very sorry for the inconvenience.
