A Quesadilla is a Mexican dish, Cheese(and more...optional) is wrapped with Tortilla. Mexican grilled Cheese wrapping Sandwich.
Use this Cheese or this one for a Quesadilla, they make taste of a Quesadilla much better than the other Cheese.
