I received a letter (not email ) from Anne, my pen friend in USA., yesterday. We have been exchanging letters for 50 years.
This is her fourth get-well letter since I broke my left ankle. She is so kind to write to me four get-well letters ! Thank you, Anne. Her letter says as follows:
Dear karin,
Are you feeling better? I sure hope so. For someone so active, it must be difficult to stay in.
My niece got married last weekend. She was married at a resort near the beach. Relatives came from all over. It was very lovely.
This weekend I spent doing yard work, taking the dogs to the groomers, and running errands.
School is still very busy, but there's only a month left. I so adore this group.
Please be better! You mean a lot to me. So does your health and happiness. Please know that I am sending you kind thoughts to cheer you and brighten your day!
