strolling in Ginza and Hama-rikyu Gardens

The Golden Week holiday has started.



Today's newspaper says more than 70 million people
will travel within the country.

I thought that many people in Tokyo would travel
far and wide and that there would be few people
in Ginza.

I went to Ginza with Ms. M.

I was surprised that Ginza was crowded.

Ms. M and I enjoyed man-watching--a happy crowd.
We enjoyed a delicious lunch at a Japanese restaurant



After lunch we walked to Hama-rikyu Gardens.

I was surprised that there was a lot of greenery
in the area surrounded by tall buildings.













I love Tokyo as well as Niigata.

koharu and I enjoyed strolling in the neighborhood
in the late afternoon.

What a beautiful day!

The wind was blowing hard all day.

The sun was shining in the blue sky---
so brightly that we couldn't keep our eyes open.

I was humming a tune to myself and koharu was
singing in harmony with my tune.

koharu and I enjoyed a beautiful Sunday in early summer.

to December in 2008 made into 12 books.

Each one of them is the only book in the world.

Many a little makes a mickle,
which means many small amounts accumulate
to make a large amount.
