autumn in Kunitachi

Today I visited a friend of mine in Kunitachi City.

We had lunch at a restaurant. Then we walked
the street called daigaku-dori.

What a beautiful autumn color! I took a picture
on a pedestrian bridge.

How happy we are to have four seasons in Japan!

Yesterday was the most beautiful day in these ten days.

Good weather seemed to have brought everyone from
Ginza to Mt. Takao.

Mt. Takao was crowded with hikers for glorious autumn colors.
My blog friends and I were among the crowd.

Mt. Fuji I saw yesterday was extremely nice.
I could not express how happy I was then.

I had a wonderful day with my blog friends.
We spent many hours in pleasant conversation.

I will never forget about yesterday's hiking.

autumn in Niigata (3)

In the evening I came back to Nagaoka by bus,
then I caught a local train to Niigata City
instead of Shinkansen. I like a local train
very much.

In Niigata everybody I met welcomed me back.
They were all so kind to me. Everything was
all right with my home.

I met my good old coworkers.
Oh, how much I missed those old days and years!

As soon as I arrived at Tochio, I stood on the same place
where I stood when I came in August.

Nobody was to be seen on the riverside, where I saw boys
playing in the summer. I felt lonely.
Winter was approaching there.
