6月10日 テレワークからのワークアウト

I did a telework at my home today.It was too hot and I couldn't concentrate.
Maybe I woulb be more comfortable at company than my house.
After telework,I worked out at same place,namely on the bench, with dumbells.
Actually I go to the kickgym every Wednesday as usual ,but it was a bother
to go there from evening. This is chest after working out not butt!

◆menu of workout:筋トレメニュー
・dumbell shoulder press(三角筋) 15.0kgx2 10repx3set
・hammer curl(上腕二頭筋)  15.0kgx2 13repx3set
・concentration curl(上腕二頭筋) 15.0kg 10repx左右3setずつ

・dumbell press (大胸筋)25.0kgx2 13repx3set

・sit ups(腹筋) ←Today It was skipped
