I restarted working out at a municipal gym for the first time after three months.

Their preventions for Corona virus are making user write a health check sheet,
setting shield between the treadmill machines,setting alcohol for disinfect ,
and setting each machines face to outside.

And of course, we needed wearing masks.But somepeople didn't wear masks.
This is a fundamental rule!
If you are breathless with mask during working out,first of all ,you should train
to improve physical ability by running outside.

・chest press(大胸筋) 100kg 8repx4set
・fly(大胸筋)100kg 10repx4set    
・shoulder press(肩・三角筋) 64kg  10repx3set
・dip 20repx4set
