7月24日～26日 第３の故郷”土浦”を満喫

I 'd stayed at the parents-in-low's house in Tsuchiura for three days in
this consecutive holidays.

During staying, I went to the American antique shop that I didn't know when
I lived in Tsuchiura before, took lessons at NOVA in Tsuchiura station and
met a friend of mine "Okamocchi" .

Around Tsuchiura station was so changed that I couldn't understand where
I was. But "Okamocchi" has been the same since a long time ago.

I had great relaxing days.

7月23日 映画 ”スワロウテイル” を観た

"Swallowtail" this movie was made in 1996 when I was around
a fresh man in previous company.
”スワロウテイル”　これは、私が以前の会社の新入社員だったころの
1996年に作られた映画。
In those days I was going out with ex-girlfriend who was three
years older than me and maybe watched this with her.
当時は3つ年上の別の彼女と付き合っていて、たぶんその彼女と
一緒に見に行った。
I like this movie very much ,because this has a painful melody
with the songs made by a singer "CHARA" .
私はこの映画が一番のお気に入り。”チャラ”の歌う切ないメロディ
がたまらない。
So I bought a DVD long time ago, and I watched it today for the
first time after a long time.
なのでDVDはずっと昔に買っていて、今日しばらくぶりにそれを見た。
The movie's theme is about the life of immigrant living in Japan.
この映画のテーマは日本で暮らす移民の生活（そんな硬くないけど！）
So they speak in Chinese ,Japanese ,English or mixture them.
だから彼らは中国語、日本語、英語、それらを混ぜて話している。
I couldn't catch the lines part of English at all in those days
but it came into in my brain naturally this time.
当時は英語のセリフの部分が全く入ってこなかったけど、今回は
自然に頭の中に入ってきた。
Speaking of immigrant ,the movie "MOON CHILD" was good too.
It was starring GACKT and HYDE that I like.
移民と言えば、映画”MOON　CHILD"も良い映画だなぁ。
私の好きなGACKT、HYDEの2大主演。
The field of the story was "Mareppa" it was a imaginary town in Asia.
物語の舞台は”マレッパ”というアジアの架空の都市。
Someday I wanna live in town like that where are full of energy.
いつか自分もこんな活気あふれる町に住んでみたいなぁ。

7月19日 休日のroutineが終わるとホッとする

今朝は5時40分起き、5時の目覚ましから何度も何度も格闘して漸く起き上がった。
6時から朝勉。

・English composition：ｽﾗｽﾗ瞬間英作文（おかわりｽﾗｽﾗ話すための)　30分
・listening：TOEICTESTリスニングTARGET600　60分
・increasing vocabulary：DUO3.0　90分
・increasing vocabulary：でる順パス単英検準１級　30分

間に家の掃除やって、午後からジムトレ。
最近はインターバル復活のおかげか、キック練での持久力が若干上がった気もする。
ただ、今日は先週より更に追い込んだために、写真撮ったら顔面真っ赤になってた。
初マラソン走った時に救護に”大丈夫か？”と声を掛けられた時くらい赤かった。

・treadmill（持久力）　30分（今日は最初からinterval走7.5分/kmペース⇒3.75分/kmペース)

今日の夕飯は天婦羅を揚げた。エビ、茄子、ピーマン、サツマイモ、人参肉巻き、海苔。
甲殻類アレルギーなのに、エビの皮を剥いて、初めての背ワタ取りまでしてたら、手の皮が
ボロボロだし。。。
いつも（空腹の）筋トレ後に買い物行くものだから、毎回　”買いすぎ、作りすぎだよ”と家族から
クレームくるし。。。

兎に角、朝勉から夕飯作りまでが毎週末のroutineなので、結果がどうあれ漸くホッとできる。

7月18日 蘇我でAfricanBeautyな先生と雑談

There is my favorite bakery in front of Soga station and I like studying English there.
I was waiting for the chance to take Chante's lesson.
She is African and very beautiful. Her home school is Sodegaura .
And she comes to Chiba-eki-mae or Soga but it's almost only weekday.
So this chance was rare.

We just had small talk about her in two classes in previous lessons.
Because there weren't another student.
After all we were same at this lessons too.
It was really fun but I felt it might be not enough these lessons, and returned to
Yotsukaidou (my home school) and took a lesson with four students.
As well as fun, to work hard and encourage each other in group is necessary for
studying English.

7月12日 平日勉の準備を休日時間にやる。

6時起き、でもイマイチ集中できず朝勉は7:00から。。。。朝時間が勿体なかった。

今日のジムトレもラストにインターバルで心肺追い込んでおいた。
ゼーゼー、ヒーヒー感がたまらない。

休日時間は、平日英語勉（特に往復の通勤時間帯）のやり方をあれこれ補正する日。
平日に準備してるとそれだけで1日終わってしまうから。

最近は、リスニング強化作戦として、
　①倍速を含めた5ステップの笠原式なる一風変わった手法の実践
　②youtubeから、中級リスニング聞き流し（実際は聞き流しだけじゃない）
　③同じくyoutubeから”リトルチャロ”　これは寝る間際！

それで、自宅にいるならwifiがあるけど、通勤徒歩時間には残容量を気にしながら、毎日幾分かの
容量を掛けてyoutube見てるのも何だか集中出来ないので、あちこちサイトを探し始めたところ、
いとも簡単にダウンロードできるサイトを見つけた。
不思議なくらい瞬時に出来るので、早速この”中級聞き流しリスニング”をダウンロードしてみた。
