what a lovely day!

I've just come home from Harmonica Circle.

We practiced playing 15 songs on the harmonica.

Next month we are going to play them at a nursing home
for the aged


A heavy thunderstorm passed over my city last night.

Autumn weather is really changeable, isn't it?

I'm now enjoying beautiful autumn weather.

I hope koharu's Sports Day, this coming Sunday,
will be a beautiful day like this.

Kominkan-matsuri '09 ended with our Harmonica Performance.
The songs we played on the harmonica were--

坊がつる讃歌　・古城　・水色のワルツ　・ 鉄腕アトム　・童謡メドレー

The audience sang to our harmonica when we played 童謡メドレー,
which had 7 songs--

・証城寺の狸囃子 ・雨降りお月さん・めだかの学校　・月の砂漠
・赤い靴・夕焼け小焼け・どんぐりころころ.

We make it a rule to play 童謡メドレー every year.
The audience all looked happy.
We were happy, too.

All friends of mine there said they enjoyed our performance
so　much.

Our harmonica instructor said we did well.

Yes, we did well, though I was a little bit slow in 鉄腕アトム.

I enjoyed kominkan-matsuri '09 a lot.

Our kominkan-matsuri started today.

In the morning I sold sekihan at a bazaar.

In the afternoon I enjoyed the songs and dances
of Okinawa.

Tomorrow we, harmonica circle members,
are going to play five songs on the harmonica.

I hope our performance will be a success.

The third day, Oct.6th, was a rainy day.

Our leader decided not to walk in the mountain
but to leave for Tokyo immediately.

On the way we visited 'The Japan Ukiyo-e Museum'
in Matsumoto. I had a good time there.

I was happy to visit Norikura and Kamikouchi again.

I like Shinshu very much.

I think I will visit Shinshu every year.

I walked 17929 on the first day, 16752 steps on the second day
and only 7483 steps on the last day.

It was such a hard work to go down a lot of
mountain stairs to Zengorou-no-taki.

What a relief! We returned by another trail.
