Rio de Janeiro has won the 2016 Summer Olympics,
beating out Chicago, Madrid and Tokyo.
Rio will become the first South American city
to host the Olympic Games.
Some people in Brazil say as follows:
"I don't think it's appropriate considering what our country
is going through. We don't have good health services, education;
we have transportation problems, housing problems, crime problems."
I hope the 7 years will change Rio into a better city.
By the way, I 'm going to Shinshu tomorrow.
I'll enjoy walking in Kamikouchi and Norikura for a few days.
I hope I will not see any bears.
