The third day, Oct.6th, was a rainy day.

Our leader decided not to walk in the mountain
but to leave for Tokyo immediately.

On the way we visited 'The Japan Ukiyo-e Museum'
in Matsumoto. I had a good time there.

I was happy to visit Norikura and Kamikouchi again.

I like Shinshu very much.

I think I will visit Shinshu every year.

I walked 17929 on the first day, 16752 steps on the second day
and only 7483 steps on the last day.

-- Kamikouchi --

The second day, Oct. 5th, was a cloudy day.

We enjoyed walking along the Azusa-gawa in Kamikouchi.

Some of leaves there still had late summer colors.

The water of the Azusa-gawa was so clear and blue.

We had lunch at Kappa-bashi.

Then we went to Norikura-kogen again.

We enjoyed walking in the woods.

We saw Ushidome-ike and Zengorou-no-taki.

We walked to the lodging for the night.

-- Kato-no koya-guchi (2620m)~Kuraigahara (2300m)--

On Oct. 4th I woke up at five.
I had set the alarm for half past five the night before.

I opened the window.
Wow! It was cloudy but not raining.

We, 15 members, were going to Kamikouchi and Norikura
by bus.

The weather got better each time we got through a tunnel.

By the time we arrived at Sanbon-taki rest house,
the sky had cleared up

We had a picnic lunch there.

After lunch we went up to Kato-no koya-guchi (2620m) by bus.
Then we walked down to Kuraigahara (2300m)
enjoying autumn colors of Norikura.

At night I soaked in an open-air hot spring bath,
admiring at the beautiful full moon.

Oh! How happy I am!
I am alive and I'm admiring the beautiful moon!
