Yesterday was such a hot day. It was my grandson's sports day. He is in the 6th grade. His parents, his younger sister and I went to the school ground of his elementary school. We enjoyed all the games bearing the unusual hot autumn heat.
I was surprised to see that not only boys but also girls in the 6th grade had piggyback fights! Another surprise was that boys and girls ran the same race and in many races girls won the first prize.
In elementary school girls seem to be stronger and to do better than boys --- in most of all fields.
