England in early spring (2)

(from Birmingham to Haworth)

I could not get any sleep either on the plane
or at my first hotel in England.

After breakfast I went out for a walk with a lady.
The lady and I became soon good friends.

We walked around the hotel, which was located
in the center of Birmingham.

My bus ran and ran to Haworth -- for three hours--
over the express way.

After lunch I was on the "Wuthering heights," Haworth Moors.
I spent about one hour walking the moors with the lady.

It is said that Emily Bronte used to walk there every morning
and developed the plot of her novel "Wuthering heights."

Heather was not in bloom.
I felt something warm well up in me.
