grapes in Kodaira

In my neighborhood, there is a small piece of land where some grapevines are grown .

Today I passed by the place and I saw some bunches of green grapes asking for water. Are they lack of water?

I'm afraid the persistence of dry weather will cause them to die. I hope they are strong enough to ripen.
