Dear Dr. Matsumoto,
Further to my previous email informing you that you have been chosen to present your poster in Boston, the following are instructions related to your presentation.
You have been assigned Poster #12. Your poster should be positioned in your assigned space on the 4th floor in front of the Lecture Ballrooms of the Marriott Copley Place Hotel during the Symposium from Thursday, June 7th through Sunday, June 10th. You may begin setting up after 3:00pm on Wednesday, June 6th so that you will be ready by 10:00am on Thursday.
You will be provided with a bulletin board 8 feet high x 4 feet wide (horizontal presentation only). When preparing your poster, please include a label at the top of your poster space indicating the poster title and the author(s). Keep in mind that any text and illustrations will be viewed from a distance. Most importantly, your poster should be self-explanatory so that you are free to discuss any particular points raised by inquiry.
We would also like to point out that each day there will be a lunch break as well as morning and afternoon breaks. We encourage you to be at your poster to answer any questions which the attendees may have. The winners will be announced during the welcome reception to be held on Friday evening at the hotel. Awards will be presented at this time.
