I remember my old days when I displayed ceremonial dolls on hina-dan, tires of shelves, with my two elder sisters.
How exciting it was to take hina-dolls out of a large old box ! The dolls were handed down to my mother. They were displayed only once a year.
The little girl, karin, thought how happy those dolls were to be displayed in a light and airy room. She was always sitting in front of the hina-dan and talking with them.
Where have they gone?
(dairi-bina, given by my old friend more than 30 years ago)
koharu likes collecting small stones and her brother wrote eyes and a mouth on two of them.
Today I found Japanese plums began to bloom in a plum orchard nearby.
