16320 steps

Today I had lunch with my yama-aruki instructors.
We enjoyed talking a lot.

We discussed the present political unrest among us.
We talked about a pension mess, amakudari,
the Abe Cabinet, etc.

After saying good bye to them, I walked in the summer
heat from Hino Station to Tachikawa Station.

It was pleasant to walk along the river Tamagawa.
I enjoyed the wind, the sky, clouds, flowers, etc.

My pedometer showed that I walked 16320 steps today.

I am grateful that I had a wonderful day.
