４コマめは假定法過去ですから、事實としては、料理があまりよくないと認めてゐることになります。そこに可笑しみがうまれます。
單にとぼけた可笑しみであるのか、一種の自虐か、それとも客の一言への意趣返しもこめられてゐるのか……微妙なところです。
