世界経済にとって、第二次世界大戦以後、最大の転機です。 また、資本主義にとっても、２０世紀はじめの転機をうわまわる、最大の転機をむかえています。資本主義のありかたを、おおきく変えるものです。
ふたつの転機は、ともに、資本主義の世界編成の大転換を背景にしています。
